Robert Kaimowitz is the founder, CEO and Portfolio Manager of Bull Path Capital Management which was founded in October 2002.  Prior to launching Bull Path Capital Management, Mr. Kaimowitz was a Managing Partner at both SG Cowen (October 2000 to April 2002) and ING Baring/Furman Selz (August 1998 to October 2000) where he was recognized around the world as a leading analyst in satellite communications, multi-channel television, related technology and media.  In 2000, Mr. Kaimowitz was ranked in the Wall Street Journal Poll as a Top Stock Picker in the Broadcasting and Cable category. In 1999, he was ranked #1 in Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team for Satellite Communications after being ranked #2 in 1998.  In addition, in 1999 he was ranked #1 in the Greenwich Poll after being ranked #2 in 1998.  Mr. Kaimowitz is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Rick Spector is the Chief Operating Officer for the company and is responsible for managing day-to-day operations including administration, risk management and financial activities.  Rick also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer having responsibility for establishing and enforcing policies and procedures in the area of compliance.  Mr. Spector has been serving these roles since inception of the firm. Prior to joining Bull Path, Mr. Spector worked at Goldman Sachs as Vice President in the Equities Controllers Department.  Mr. Spector’s responsibilities were to monitor and control daily risk limits for all products within Equities.  Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Spector worked at Lehman Brothers as Vice President in the Equities Controllers Trading Analysis Group.  Mr. Spector has also held positions at McKinsey & Company as a Project Manager in their Information Technology/Systems Group and Kidder, Peabody & Company as a Marketer/Trader in the Fixed Income Derivatives Group. Mr. Spector earned a M.S. from SUNY at Stony Brook in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, with a concentration in Operations Research and a B.S. in Mathematics and Chemistry from SUNY at Albany.

Scott Lisbon is the Director of Research overseeing the daily activities of the analyst team and assisting in formulating the firm’s portfolio investment strategy.  In addition to this role, Scott also serves as Senior Analyst covering the Energy & Packaging sectors, a position he has held since joining Bull Path at its inception in October 2002. Prior to that, he was an Equity Research Analyst at Jefferies & Co. covering the Oil Services & Equipment industry.  Prior to Jefferies, Mr. Lisbon was an Equity Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities from 1999 to 2001 covering the Packaging industry.  He began his career at J.P. Morgan in 1996 as an analyst in the Financial Management Training Program. Mr. Lisbon holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and is a CFA charterholder.

Noah Kroll joined Bull Path Capital Management in January 2005 in the position of Head Trader. Mr. Kroll is responsible for the trading and monitoring of Bull Path’s equity positions and managing day to day operational functions. He also works alongside the portfolio team to monitor risk strategies, including best execution for Bull Path’s funds.  Prior to joining Bull Path, Mr. Kroll served since 2002 as a trader for Zweig-DiMenna Associates, a multi-billion dollar long-short hedge fund based in New York City.  Prior to Zweig-DiMenna, Mr. Kroll was an Equity Market Maker for Knight Trading Group starting in 1999.  Mr. Kroll is a 1998 graduate of Lehigh University.

Head of Business Development and Investor Relations

Scott Spector joined Bull Path Capital Management in May 2008 and is Head of Business Development and Investor Relations.  In this role, Mr. Spector spearheads corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, product planning and development, asset gathering and client service initiatives and programs for the firm.  In 1998, Mr. Spector founded Venaca- a provider of software and services in media asset management primarily serving the broadcast, media and entertainment industry- and had served as Chairman & CEO until 2005 at which time he stepped down as CEO.  From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Spector was a consultant with the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company where he served multinational clients in numerous industries and had specialized in operational effectiveness, supply chain management and advanced planning and decision support systems.  From 1987 to 1990, Scott was at Irving Trust serving institutional clients on asset allocation review and analysis.  Scott holds an M.S. in Operations Research and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University in New York.

Chris Einhorn joined Bull Path Capital Management in November 2008 and serves as an Associate in Business Development and Investor Relations.  Mr. Einhorn is primarily responsible for marketing the company’s mutual fund products and private funds and providing general support in business planning and client service activities. Prior to Bull Path, Mr. Einhorn was an analyst of Lehman Brothers Prime Services Division. Mr. Einhorn holds a B.S. in Finance from the Sellinger School of Business & Management of Loyola College of Maryland.   Mr. Einhorn holds his Series 7 registration.

Henry Chang - Image Henry Chang

Henry Chang joined Bull Path Capital Management in April 2009 as an Analyst covering the Healthcare sector.  Prior to joining Bull Path, Henry was a Vice President at Credit Suisse in the Special Situations and Healthcare Investment Banking groups.  Henry has held previous roles as an Associate Director at The Advisory Board Company and as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Henry holds a B.S., in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University where he was a Schreyer Scholar and an M.B.A from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Doug Heinz joined Bull Path Capital Management in July 2008 as an Analyst covering the financial services sector.  Prior to joining Bull Path, Doug was an equity research associate at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he worked on a team dedicated to investing in financial institutions.  Doug graduated from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Economics in 2005 and is a CFA charterholder.

Matthew Wolfson joined Bull Path Capital Management in April 2009 as an analyst covering Technology, Media and Telecom. Prior to Bull Path, Mr. Wolfson was an Analyst at 1798 Global Partners from 2008 to 2009 in the Technology, Media and Telecom sector. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Wolfson was a Research Analyst at Double V Partners, a Long Short domestic Hedge Fund. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Wolfson held various positions at Credit Suisse, CB Richard Ellis, and Standard & Poor’s. Mr. Wolfson holds a Masters of Business Administration from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College.

Akshay Mahajan
Consumer Analyst

Akshay Mahajan joined Bull Path Capital Management in July 2009 as an Analyst covering the Consumer sector.   Mr. Mahajan began his career at Goldman Sachs in Leveraged Finance within the investment banking division and then invested Goldman’s capital in their Special Situations proprietary investing group.  Prior to joining Bull Path, Mr. Mahajan was an Analyst at Prime Capital focused on the consumer investing across the capital structure.  Mr. Mahajan graduated with honors from Princeton University with a B.S.E in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.

Tom Narayan
Special Situations Junior Analyst

Tom Narayan joined Bull Path Capital Management in August 2009 as a Junior analyst covering Special Situations. Prior to Bull Path, Tom was a multisector analyst at Endeavour Capital Advisors from 2007-2009. From 2004-2007, Tom was an equity research associate at Banc of America Securities. Tom also spent two years as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers. Tom graduated with a B.A./M.A. with Honors from The Johns Hopkins University.

Sharon Zullo joined Bull Path Capital Management in March 2005.  Prior to joining Bull Path, Sharon was the assistant to the President for The Baddish Group, a boutique public relations firm based in NY.  While at The Baddish Group, she managed media relations and coordinated events for the firm’s high-profile accounts, including BACARDI USA and The Wine Library.  Sharon received her B.A. in English/Rhetoric and Italian from Binghamton University, State University of New York in 2002
